Not currently sorry but this is part of the school’s long-term goal though.
You must complete an Expression of Interest on this website. An invitation to a mandatory Orientation Evening will follow.
100% buy-in to the Vanguard Military School policies and agreement of understanding. Students must be of a suitable age to attend Year 11 – Year 13 and be eligible to attend school in New Zealand. Unlike most other schools Vanguard does not have a zone, so we have students travelling from all corners of Auckland to get to school.
Absolutely not! We accept everyone who is willing to abide by what it means to be a Vanguard recruit.

Once submitted, instructions on how to sign up for a compulsory Orientation Evening will be emailed to you. For more information on our Orientation Evenings, please see our Orientation Evening tab.

No. Vanguard Military School uses a military ethos to teach and train our students. Students are taught a range of academic subjects to prepare them for their next step in life, be it attending university, joining the workforce, starting an apprenticeship or joining the Military.
Vanguard Military School aims to remove barriers for students to attend, so we do not have any school fees.
All of our information is on the website – we don’t have any information packs. If you have any further questions please call the school on 09 443 2969 and one of our administration staff will be happy to answer them for you.
