Kirk has a background in business and is Director of a business advisory firm. Kirk also has a background as an Insolvency practitioner. Kirk has been a member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand since 2003 and is also a member of the Institute of Directors (UK).
Qualifications
Katene Eruera is an Anglican Minister. He is of Ngāti Hau, Ngāti Kaharau, Ngāti Kuri and Te Rarawa descent. Formerly a lawyer, he has been involved in Anglican ministry and education for over 20 years, serving as a minister, military chaplain, educator and as a member of various charitable trusts.

Jonathan was posted for a year of National Service initially at the Artillery Air Defence School at Youngsfield and then to 10 Anti-aircraft Regiment in Cape Town. Jonathan is an Archdeacon in the Anglican Diocese of Auckland. He has worked as a secondary school teacher, subject advisor, senior education specialist, project manager in the education and health sectors in the world of development banking, investment advisor in the Tertiary Education Commission, as an Industry Manager for Competenz and as the Vicar of St Peter's Anglican church in Takapuna. He has been a member of various education and community advisory boards and is a keen mountain biker

Nick has spent the last 20 years involved in Education and Training.
At first with the Hyde family business that ran Advance Training Centres (ATC) and then in 2013 when he founded Vanguard Military School by using all the knowledge gained from ATC and moulding it into a working model as a Senior Secondary School under the Charter School model.
He has previously worked within the school as a teacher, deputy principal and CEO.
