Kim has worked in the tertiary education sector for over 33 years. The majority of that time has been in New Zealand from 2002 when she emigrated from England with her family to the North Shore.
Kim has worked for the government agencies TEC (as an Advisor) and NZQA (as a Lead Evaluator) and in General Manager and Academic and Quality Assurance Director roles in the PTE sector.
More recently Kim has been the CE of ITENZ, a peak body for PTEs, and as Managing Director of her own consultancy working predominantly in quality assurance and compliance.
Kim’s passion and natural instinct is to support, educate and assist people to enable them to deliver the best outcomes for learners by working efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest quality and compliance.

Experienced school board member. Background in IT management in accounting and leadership roles. Now almost 30 years on boards of trustees with expertise in governance, finance, property and strategic planning. Engaged by the Ministry for new school developments, mergers and transitions and support for boards of trustees. Engaged by NZ School Trustees Association for board support and training. Engaged by boards for individualised training and support, principal appointments etc.

Kirk has a background in business and is Director of a business advisory firm. Kirk also has a background as an Insolvency practitioner. Kirk has been a member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand since 2003 and is also a member of the Institute of Directors (UK).

Jonathan was posted for a year of National Service initially at the Artillery Air Defence School at Youngsfield and then to 10 Anti-aircraft Regiment in Cape Town. Jonathan is an Archdeacon in the Anglican Diocese of Auckland. He has worked as a secondary school teacher, subject advisor, senior education specialist, project manager in the education and health sectors in the world of development banking, investment advisor in the Tertiary Education Commission, as an Industry Manager for Competenz and as the Vicar of St Peter's Anglican church in Takapuna. He has been a member of various education and community advisory boards and is a keen mountain biker

Nick has spent the last 20 years involved in Education and Training.
At first with the Hyde family business that ran Advance Training Centres (ATC) and then in 2013 when he founded Vanguard Military School by using all the knowledge gained from ATC and moulding it into a working model as a Senior Secondary School under the Charter School model.
He has previously worked within the school as a teacher, deputy principal and CEO.
